We design our education programs for every age and curiosity level, from early learners discovering how parrots use their beaks and feathers, to teens exploring conservation and ecosystems, to adults interested in animal behavior or ethical care.
Each program adjusts to the audience, blending science and storytelling in ways that make learning memorable. Whether it’s a classroom, a community event, or a professional group, our goal is the same: to spark understanding, empathy, and action for parrots and the natural world.

The connections between people, pets, and ecosystems
How empathy leads to better care and stronger conservation
Practical steps to protect wildlife at home and around the world

Moxie is a blue-throated macaw who came to us at eight years old after living in ten different homes. She has a damaged wing and can’t fly, but she makes up for it with her sharp mind and love of problem-solving. True to her species, she’s clever, curious, and always eager to train or tackle a new puzzle.

Willow is a blue and gold macaw adopted from a loving family who could no longer care for her when she was three. She’s trained in free flight and loves meeting new people, making her a natural ambassador for her species. Confident and social, Willow reminds everyone how joyful and connected parrots can be when given the right space to thrive.

Noella is a 30-year-old Congo African grey with the calm wisdom of a big sister. She’s gentle, perceptive, and deeply bonded to her flock. Known for her intelligence and steady nature, Noella brings balance to the group and shows just how thoughtful and emotionally complex African greys can be.

Buzz is a 55-year-old wild-caught Timneh African Grey who spent most of his life as a breeder bird before joining our flock. Now retired from that world, he’s learning that his new environment can be safe and kind. Every small step he takes toward trust reminds us why rescue and patience matter.
